Fully re-furnished in 2021, this inviting 4 bedroom 4 bath townhome is close to the best of Steamboat. Spend the summers walking to the Yampa River just steps away from the front door or hop on the Core Trail and bike into town. During the winter, the free shuttle picks up 50 yards from our home.

No Parking in garage alley. Parking only in the garage or reserved parking space
Please remove shoes inside and keep ski/snowboard gear in the heated garage Please close the garage doors. It's heated and pipes can easily freeze in the winter.
Cancelations Policy:
Non-Refundable
A discount of 10% off the base price booking price.
OR:
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in
If they cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in, you’ll be paid 50% for all nights
If they cancel less than 7 days before check-in, you’ll be paid 100% for all nights
Guests can also receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in
In the summer, we have bears in the neighborhood that will find your garbage!
